Dolo was promoted to President of Stepp & Rothwell in January 2008, after serving as Director of Operations for four years. Previously, she served as manager of facilities, information technology, production, and applied technology training, and as a global competitive intelligence researcher for Fleishman-Hillard, one of the largest communications firms in the world. Prior to her nearly 15-year career with Fleishman-Hillard, she served as a special assistant to former U.S. Senator Jack Danforth (R-Mo.).
